GCC Innova chooses Exchequer Dynamics for Sage 200 Migration
Gloucester based GCC Innova has chosen Exchequer Dynamics to help migrate Lincoln Castle Academy (formerly Yarborough School) to Sage 200. Lincoln Castle Academy are one of the oldest Exchequer customers who can remember dealing with the founder directors of Exchequer Eduardo Loigorri and Robert Steele before Iris acquired Exchequer in 2005. As an academy they have made the decision to move from Exchequer because the software didn’t give the academy the flexibility it wanted within a manageable budget.
Having won the bid to move to Sage 200, GCC Innova contacted Exchequer Dynamics to extract the data from Exchequer and provide consultancy to format it for a Sage 200 import.

Using the ExSync data extraction tool it took only 30 minutes to extract the data from two companies into Microsoft SQL server ready to be queried and imported into Sage 200.
The night before the "go live" date we will redo the extraction and it will all be ready for the new dawn of Sage 200 for Lincoln Castle Academy.
Exchequer Dynamics made the data acquisition smooth, cost-efficient and painless. For those customers moving away, being able to migrate their data is important. With ExReport all the data in the newly formed Microsoft SQL or Oracle MySQL server databases can be accessed for an historical data archive for any data that cannot be imported into Sage 200.
If an Exchequer customer has made the decision to go we can help and in GCC Innova we have all the tools setup to make it easy for anyone else to move to Sage 200.
