Advanced Exchequer has 5 fields available for the delivery address. Within ExContact we assign them like this:-
| 1. | Contact Company name this is an ExContact field for holding the delivery address company name. This could be different to the account name or the name of the person the goods are going to. |
| 2. | This is for the House/street name |
| 3. | Address 2 |
| 4. | Town & County |
| 5. | Post Code & Country |
Within the data entry form there are 2 small buttons.
| 1. | Next to the First Name/Surname. This takes the first name/surname and adds it to the company filed for delivery address1 |
| 2. | Next to the Address1 to add the details to the Company field for the delivery address1 |
