Adding a New Contact

To add a New Contact to the contact manager, open up either the customers or suppliers list and select the company you wish to add a contact to. Then click the ExContact button:

The contact manager will now open with the company filtered.

 

Select any contact and then click the View/Add/Edit button:

This will open the record for the contact selected.

 

Click the Add button to create a new contact.

 

 

You will be given the option to pull the company details:

If you click "Yes", then all the address details for the company will be pulled into the new contact.

 

If you click cancel, only the A/C and Company will be pulled through:

 

You can copy the full name (a combination of the First name and Surname) to replace the Company name by clicking the small button next to Surname:

 

 

Likewise, you can copy the first address line to the Company instead by clicking the button next to Address 1:

 

 

 

Once you have completed filling in the details for the contact, click the "Save/Close" button:

 

 

Your contact will now be saved.
